Description
The BLCRP-6 dip module adds vertical pressing to a modular outdoor street workout rig, in hot-dip galvanised steel with a Super Durable polyester powder coat. It is one element of a configurable system: you assemble the cage from the modules the site needs rather than buying a fixed structure. The steel frame carries a 20-year structural warranty. Price 515 EUR excluding VAT.
The pressing element of a calisthenics rig
Almost every outdoor rig starts with pull-up bars. Adding a dip module is what turns it from a pulling station into a complete bodyweight structure, because dips are the only vertical pressing movement that scales from assisted to weighted without any equipment change.
- Triceps through the full extension range
- Lower and outer pectorals in the forward-leaning variation
- Anterior deltoid and scapular depressors as stabilisers
- Support holds, negatives and weighted dips for advanced users
- Combines with any other module in the outdoor street workout range

Why the coating process is written out in full
Most outdoor equipment specifications say galvanised and stop there. The sequence matters more than the word. These tubes receive a hot-dip zinc coating, then a chromate conversion coating, then a wash and sanitising stage, and only then the oven-cured powder coat. Each step exists for a reason: the zinc is the sacrificial barrier, the chromate layer gives the powder something to bond to, and the wash removes the contamination that otherwise causes the coating to lift years later.
Cold-formed tube is the other half of it. Cold forming raises the tensile strength of the section and leaves an internally corrosion-protected bore, which is where an outdoor structure actually rots: from the inside, where water collects and no one inspects.
That process is what makes a 20-year structural warranty possible on equipment standing unprotected in a public park. Build the rig from the street workout and calisthenics cages range, or design your own with the custom street workout configurator.
Frequently asked questions
Can the module be added to a rig we already own?
To another rig from this range, yes. To a third-party structure, only after we have seen the frame: connection geometry, tube section and anchoring differ between manufacturers, and a bolted-on module changes the load path of the host structure.
Are dips usable by beginners on a public site?
Yes, through the standard progressions: support holds, then negatives, then partial and full repetitions. Nothing needs adjusting on the equipment, which is what makes the movement work on an unsupervised installation.
What does the 20-year warranty cover?
The steel structure. The multi-stage galvanising and coating process is what underpins it. Full terms are provided with the quotation, along with the recommended annual inspection schedule.
Send us the site dimensions, the exercises you want covered and the user profile, and we will return a configuration drawing with every module costed and the anchoring detailed. Quotations for street workout parks are issued within 24 to 72 hours.
